CANCELLATION POLICY
Your appointments are very important to me, and I reserve that time specifically for you. I understand that schedule changes are sometimes necessary; therefore, I respectfully request at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations (and no call/ no shows) made with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged 40% of the scheduled service cost. I offer a 45-minute grace period. If you are more than 45 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment. I’m very understanding and can/ will make accommodations.
